Yafan Chang
I am a Senior majoring in new media and digital design with a concentration in art text & design, also minoring in business administration at Fordham University.
Being born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan grants me the privilege of discerning between two very different cultures, while exploring the similarities through design.
As a multidisciplinary designer, I do freelance work ranging from consulting to designing to photography/video. I'm open to interesting projects reflecting my value. My other interests include but not limited to: scuba diving, pottery, traveling, dogs, and yoga.
Why "Set Sail"?
My first name means 'elegant (ya) - sailboat (fan)' in Mandarin, because my parents want me to be as free as a sailboat (while remaining elegant I guess). I want to document my experience and hopefully inspire others as I embark on this journey.
